Can I use the purchased themes on multiple number of websites?

Yes. You can use both free and pro themes on as many websites as you want.

What about Theme Support and Updates after your purchase

If you have purchased a premium (PRO) theme version, you have already 12 months of free theme updates and excellent theme support in english language through our professional helpdesk included. Of course you may keep using your theme without additional cost after 12 months as there is no limitation to that.

Where can I download the purchased theme?

You can log in to your Themes4WP account page with your Themes4WP username and password (account? – the one your created while purchasing or before) and download the purchased theme file from there. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you used while creating the account.This email also contains the link to download theme zip file.

What does support cover?

Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customizations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins. But we can show you some guidance and provide simple CSS customization.

Can you help me customize a theme I bought?

If you need additional customization or coding changes, we are unable to assist you in customizing or re-writing code, as this is beyond our scope. Please check-out Codeable where you can find professional help for customizing our products.

Will themes work on WordPress.com?

No, our themes will not work on WordPress.com. It only works on self-hosted WordPress installs.
